Instituto Cultural Grünenwald (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).
Who we are
We are a nonprofit OSCIP based in Porto União, Santa Catarina, serving the Vale do Iguaçu (SC / PR). We preserve and celebrate German heritage — dance, language, citizenship and community. Surplus is reinvested in the cultural mission.
What we collect
If you only browse, we store the language you choose and your cookie decision. If you create an account or fill a form (membership, tickets, donation, contact), we collect the name, email and other details you send. Ticket and donation checkout is currently a demo and does not process card or Pix payments. Server logs may include IP address, browser and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure.
How we use data
We use data to run the website, keep you signed in, send account emails (verification, password reset), fulfill membership or ticket requests, improve the product, and meet legal duties of an OSCIP. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share with
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Emails are sent through our email provider. Files you upload (receipts, social media) are stored in our object storage. We share data only with processors that help us operate the service, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
